The Weekly Edit
A short weekly video for parents of autistic children who want to feel calmer, steadier, and more like themselves again.
You’re doing a lot right.
You’re capable.
Informed.
And still, some days feel heavier than they should.
Not because parenting an autistic child is “too much.”
But because you’re carrying more than most people ever see.
The Weekly Edit is a quiet reset inside that reality.
Once a week, you’ll receive a short video with one coaching insight I’ve seen make the biggest difference for parents, in my work and in my own life.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to catch up on.
Just one considered shift, offered consistently.
What this is
- A 5–10 minute weekly video, delivered to your inbox
- One clear perspective that helps you think, feel, or respond differently
- Coaching insights drawn from real life, not theory
- Support that fits into your life instead of competing with it
This is not another strategy.
It’s not a program.
It’s not about becoming someone else.
It’s about editing out what’s draining you, and returning to what steadies you.
Who this is for
This is for you if you:
- Feel emotionally full, even on “good” days
- Notice yourself reacting more than you’d like
- Miss the version of you that felt grounded and present
- Want support that feels calm, intelligent, and human
- Know deep down that survival mode isn’t the end of your story
Why I created this
I’m Antoinette Freedgood, a life coach and autism parent.
I work with parents who don’t need more information, but more capacity.
The ideas I share in The Weekly Edit are the ones I return to again and again with my clients. They’re also the ones that helped me quietly reinvent my own life and family.
This is the work that lasts, not because it’s dramatic, but because it’s practiced.
