The Successful Autism Family Blueprint

Autism AND Life

Because you can do both

I want to tell you why I built The Successful Autism Family Blueprint.

Not the polished version of a perfect live. The real one.

I built it because when I started this journey with Max, I was handed a diagnosis and then essentially… left to figure it out.

No one showed me how to lead my own life inside of this. No one gave me a framework. No one told me that there was another way to do this, a way that didn’t involve burning myself out trying to manage everything while quietly losing myself in the process.

I had to find that path myself. And it took years longer than it should have.

I created the Blueprint so that you, no matter how old your child is, don’t have to take as long as I did.

Because here’s what I know now that I wish I’d known then:

This is all a learned skill.

The ability to handle hard things. To build a sustainable life that can actually hold. To step back from what you’ve been told you should do and create a path that’s actually yours.

Not a character trait you either have or don’t. A skill. And skills can be taught.

The Blueprint is how I teach it.

WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES WHEN YOU DO THIS WORK

I want to show you what’s on the other side of this. Not vague promises, real, specific things that shift.

On the inside:

🧭   You’ll know exactly who you are as a parent of an autistic child.

Not who the system tells you to be. Who you actually are.

💪   You’ll grow your capacity to handle a lot more.

The uncertainty, the hard days, the situations that used to floor you, you’ll meet them differently.

⚡   You’ll be able to change your emotional state almost instantly.

From frustration to calm in seconds. From overwhelm to grounded in minutes. From anger to peace in an instant.  This becomes a skill you own.

🔓   You’ll let go of what’s been expected of you and build something that’s actually yours.

A different path. A different definition of success. A life designed on purpose.

🌱   Your energy will change.

The people around you, including your child, will feel it before you even say a word.

👑   You will step into leadership.

Not just as a parent. As a person who knows their own mind and moves through the world with quiet conviction.

On the outside:

😌   Everything gets easier.

Meltdowns. Behaviours. The loud stimming in public. The comments from strangers. You’ll handle these like a professional – calmly, clearly, without losing yourself.

🔋   You’ll have more energy.

You’ll sleep better. You’ll move your body. You’ll wake up and actually feel like yourself instead of already exhausted before the day begins.

📅   You’ll decide what your days look like and hold that shape even when things go sideways.

Routines. A calendar you trust. The ability to go with disruptions without falling apart.

💬   You’ll know exactly what to say in difficult situations.

To other parents. To teachers. To the school that’s telling you no. You’ll hold your ground with warmth and zero drama.

✈️   You’ll start planning things again.

Holidays. Outings. Career moves. Friendships. Things you put on hold. You’ll pick them back up.

🧠   Your mind will feel fresh and clear.

You’ll start dreaming again. Coming up with new ideas. Seeing possibilities you’d stopped letting yourself look for.

🧒   Your child will change too.

Calmer. Fewer difficult behaviours. Feeling safe. Looking to you and learning,  from the way you live, that this life is good.

THE THING I MOST WANT YOU TO HEAR

I am not trying to create parents who just cope better.

I am trying to create leaders.

A movement of parents of autistic children who are confident, strong, and pioneering a new way forward, not just for themselves, but for their kids.

Parents who don’t follow blindly. Who question. Who insist on the services they’re entitled to. Who walk into rooms with authority.

Parents who know that raising an autistic child is not something that happened to them.

It is something that is growing them.

You are stronger than you think.  The Blueprint is where you go to find out how much.

YOU’RE INVITED

The 2nd group of the Successful Autism Family Blueprint opens on April 22nd.

It’s a 12-week live experience. Small group. Real coaching. Practical tools and a framework that will change how you move through every single day of this life.

If something here has made you feel a longing, that feeling is a signal. Trust it.

Just decide.

Stop waiting for things to get easier.  Start becoming someone who can handle hard.

Spots are limited. If you’re ready, I want you there.

Come and let’s build something together.

P.S.

If you’ve been on the fence for a while — I want you to ask yourself one question: what does another year of coping the way you’re coping right now actually cost you?

Not in money. In energy. In time. In possibility.

The Blueprint is where that changes. April 22nd

Frequently Asked Questions:

Is this only for parents of autistic children?

The examples and framework are autism-specific, but the tools work for any parent or care-giver who feels overwhelmed, dysregulated, or stuck in survival mode.

What if I can't make the live calls?

All calls are recorded and available in the member portal. You can watch on your own time and submit questions in advance.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! You can pay in full ($997) or split into 3 monthly payments of $349.

What if this doesn't work for me?

This program works if you work it. If you show up, do the exercises, and apply the tools, you will see results. But this requires your active participation. If you’re looking for passive consumption, this isn’t for you.  However, just by listening, you will leave this program transformed.

How much time does this require each week?

Plan for up to 90 minutes for the live calls, plus 30-60 minutes for exercises and integration. This is deep work, not quick tips.

Antoinette Freedgood - Life coach for parents with autistic children

I’m Antoinette, a life coach and the founder of Live Life Inspired Autism.

I support parents of autistic children who are deeply loving, incredibly capable, and often running on empty. Parents who have done everything they’ve been told, yet still feel like something isn’t quite working.

My work is about helping you steady your nervous system, rebuild your emotional strength, and create a life that feels calmer, more sustainable, and truly yours. Not just in theory, but in the reality of your everyday life.

This is not about adding more to your plate.
It is about learning a different way to live.
