Please Ladies, if anyone needs coaching, contact me. I am learning at the moment so all the sessions are free for now. Sessions are between 20-30minutes in length.
This may seem short, but you will be surprised at how much can be accomplished.
My Journal
Every day has a “Mmmoment…” to write down your thoughts of gratitude, your belly-tingling thought of the day or just something that makes you smile.
No Drama
We often get in our own way by the amount of drama we create around things that happen to us or things we need to do. What I mean about drama is, we create a story of how we can’t do something because we are too tired, too fat, don’t have enough time, don’t have enough money, pick your drama. Then we just create more of what we don’t want, we stay stuck in a place we don’t want to be.
Ladies if you want to move forward you have to let the drama go, it’s holding you back. But don’t make drama of the drama too, if your drama comes up, be curious about it, see it for what it is, acknowledge it and go do what you want to do regardless. Don’t beat yourself up because you are noticing your drama.
Remember you have a primitive brain whose job it is to create all this drama to keep you “safe”. And yes there are occasions where you may be in danger, but then your rational brain kicks in and says no, actually you are not going to die.
Good Decisions
Luckily though, we have a pre-frontal cortex which makes decisions, good ones (if you let it) to move you forward. As we learn and grow, you are going to, for sure, have uncomfortable moments and the drama is going to be encompassing and that is OK, nothing has gone wrong. There is nothing wrong with you, this is quite normal. If you think this and see it for what it is, you can go on to create so much more, the life of your wildest dreams.
Goals
Once you take the drama out of a decision you are trying to make, it makes it so much easier. For example, say you want to get fit and feel great, that is your goal. You are committed to going to gym and working out 6 times a week and you have found this great routine that you are all excited about. Your first day, or first week you will do great, you will show up and enjoy your workouts. But come the following Monday, it’s time for your workout, and it’s cold and miserable out there.
You feel yourself start to make excuses, it’s too cold, I will go tomorrow, I did so well last week I can take a break, it’s just so much nicer to sleep in a bit longer. Sound familiar? That is your drama popping up. The fact is you have this goal to work out 6 times a week and it’s time to put your workout clothes on and head to the gym. That is it!!
I’ll give you a few tips to use when this happens.
Firstly, what is your why? Why have you decided to go to the gym? Why do you want to get fit? Make your why BIG and juicy. It could be….I want to get fit because I want to feel great and have huge amounts of energy or I really want to look fantastic on my holiday to the Maldives….what is your big why? When you start making excuses think on your why, it will cut right through all the drama.
Secondly, who is it that you want to become? Are you a woman who is fit and feels fabulous and energetic? Are you a woman who is rocking her bikini? Who is it that you want to be? Once you have decided, you need to be her now, you need to act like her now. That woman who has all this energy, she is working out now. That woman who looks great in her costume, is working out right now. She is acting and doing what needs to be done now.
Before you know it you are her, you are your future self, but you have to start now. No drama! The future you knows how to deal with her drama, if she has it, she just does what needs to be done.

If you feel like you are slipping or not in the mood, remind yourself of these two things and go show up for yourself.
Your life is waiting, you only have this one, make the most of it and live into your future self!
I would love to hear what drama you had and how you went for it anyway. Leave me some comments….please!
Till next week.
